Complaint & Return:

  • Complain on Order(s) should be made within 3 (THREE) working days after receiving the goods, includes but not limited to item damage, received wrong item, etc.
  • Item damage will be reimbursed with the maximum insurance provided by courier upon successful claim made to courier side. Certain courier has different insurance coverage, please contact us for more detail.
  • Wrong item will be replaced with no additional cost if the goods returned unused and product packaging has not been tampered. 
  • Returned goods because unclaimed from courier must be claimed within 3 (THREE) working days, so new shipment can be made with additional cost borne by customer.


  • Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
