How To Use

Swipe onto bare lips for a moisturizing pop of color.

STEP 1: ENHANCE

• Slightly overline outside the upper lip line with Ultra Suede® Sculpting Lip Pencil, focusing on the cupid's bow.

STEP 2: LIFT

• Slightly overline the center of the bottom lip line, then extend the liner upwards to the outer corners moving the liner inside the lip line.

Step 3: FILL

• Softly diffuse & blend the lip pencil from the corners inward and finish with MoistureGlow™ Plumping Serum.
