Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Pre-order that is within 90 (NINETY) days of order payment date can not be cancelled.
Complaint & Returns
Complaint must be made within 3 (THREE) calendar days from the date you received it and you have 7 (SEVEN) calendar days to return upon our acceptance for the item return.
Damaged item(s) will be reimbursed with the maximum insurance provided by courier upon successful claim made to courier side. Certain courier has different insurance coverage, please contact us for more detail.
Wrong item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Returned goods because unsuccessful delivery attempt courier and/or unclaimed from courier must be claimed within 3 (THREE) calendar days. Cost for new shipment will be borne by customer or item is forfeited.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method, usually less than 14 (FOURTEEN) working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
