Application Tips
- Apply the shades wet or dry for a dazzling finish!
- To apply the shades dry, press on to the centre of your lid using your fingertip for intense colour payoff!
- For the ULTIMATE sparkling finish that plays with the light, apply the shades wet using the Smudger Brush!
