Application
- For best results, exfoliate lips before use -- lip plumper gloss works best on smooth, clean and hydrated lips.
- Begin at the Cupid's bow and glide the applicator across lips in a strong crisscross pattern.
- Proceed to apply along the outer edge of the lips, ending at the corners.
- Repeat on the bottom lip.
